We went to eat at Che Palle the other day after visiting Lincoln and we were pleasantly surprised! There is a patio, a cozy indoor dining room, and for those who are not patient while the food cooks, there is a chess board! We had the veggie pizza, which sadly was one of two veggie options, but it was very good! Our friends had the Reuben sandwich, pepperoni pizza and the gumbo and they loved their meal! Our server was also fun and took good care of us. Would definitely recommend!

Great spot to grab a salad as the vegetables all seem garden grown bursting with flavor, the pies are always great, but a gentleman was raving about the special fish and chips. Who would have thought in Capitan NM?

Nice small pizza place. Made from scratch from the crust to the fresh toppings. We called just a few minutes ahead and were able to get our large party right in (10 people). We enjoyed everything. We had excellent service, Hannah was our server and did a great job. We recommend the cheese sticks. We ordered 4 pizzas, the Hawaiian, Green Chile Cheeseburger pizza, Big Cheesy, and the Blade. All were great, the favorite of the entire group was the green chile cheeseburger. My daughter ordered the “Big O Salad” w/chicken and house made Ranch. Absolutely wonderful. Huge salad. We enjoyed all of our experience and would recommend it to anyone. Finished it off with Butterscotch Pie to go and it it smacks!!!!

Nick the owner is also the chef . Great sense of humor and fantastic, fresh pizza oh my ! Hannah works to help front and back of the house ! Lilly the waitress is awesome very knowledgeable about the entire menu and on top of her game . Badass music and the atmosphere is too cool to chill....even in the bathrooms . He makes the the dough here guys the crust is out of this world . If you don't eat here it's absolutely your loss.

Stopped in for dinner. No one else was there (we were early) so we had our choice of seating. Unfortunately we picked the warmest spot in the place and they couldn’t turn on the big overhead fan, I was told by the server that the remote was lost. Oh well, no worries cause the pizza we had was really good and the service was really good as well! One thing I would change though (besides finding the remote to the fan, lol) is to get a fountain soda machine for dine in guests. Thanks for a great meal!

Che palle! (keh PAL-leh)!! The meaning is so funny met the owner great guy! 1st timer: They offer an awesome range of fresh pizzas. I loved my salad yum ... Staff members are super friendly, prices are reasonable and the spot is kept clean.

Great local pizza (and more) joint that somehow manages to punch way above its price. The kids loved the "cheese sticks" (cheese bread) and the pizzas were great. Super kind and friendly service!

If you ever find yourself in this neck of the woods, definitely visit Che Palle. The pizza is out of this world delicious. As a connoisseur of fine pizza that's travelled considerably for the scrumptious Italian pie: Che Palle is offering one of the strongest crust situations in the region. I'm talking the entire Southwest region if not spanning farther. The crust is clearly a well-fermented and intentionally designed wonder. It has the perfect bite of crunch and chewiness that you'd expect to find in NYC, Los Angeles, or even New Haven CT. It's the perfect vehicle for the tangy sauce and generous toppings... I can't wait to try the sandwiches here. The pizza was so good that it didn't even survive the ride back up to Alto. 2 pizzas were devoured on the ride home.
